# 1. PUBLIC RECORDS IN DEPTH: This report was written by Joseph Culligan, a licensed private investigator and the author of You Can Find Anybody!, Adoption Searches Made Easier, When In Doubt, Check Him Out, and Manhunt: The Book. He is a Hall of Fame member of the National Association of Investigative Specialists. This report details several public records that wouldn't normally be considered as a resource for finding someone because they are mostly perceived as not available to the public and most of this report is original material. It also includes an additional notation for a website where a public records form for the state of your interest can be presented in order to obtain the public information you are seeking.
# 2. FINDING A REPUTABLE PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR: When you've exhausted all the legal requirements your state demands from you and the courts still deny you your birth information, hiring an investigator may be another option for you. If you can afford to hire someone to help you in your search you want to make sure that you find someone who is reliable and has experience in birth family searches. You may never have used an investigator before and know little, if anything, about what it entails outside of the romantic side seen on television. With that in mind, how does the average person know how to find an ethical PI who will do a good job and who is reputable? This detailed report was written after an extensive survey from nearly 2,000 PIs and they have set their own high standards for their industry.
# 3. CHILD I CANNOT CLAIM: The CD of "Child I Cannot Claim" is also available here for those who are unable to download it or burn it to a CD on their own computers.
# 4. INFORMATION DATABASES: These databases are of the type that private investigators use except they are available to the public. Some are limited in that you need a name to begin your search, others are birth family search friendly. Almost all require a credit card for payment. Coming soon.
